Avonmore Community League

Operating out of the Avonmore Community League "Rink Shack" building, the Avonmore Playschool operates at arms length from the Community League Board.

The playschool is currently accepting registrations for the remainder of the '09-'10 school year, as well as the upcoming '10-'11 year.  Children ages 2 and a half to 5 years old, and are fully potty trained, are able to registrator.  Program registrants will experience a "Learn through Play" Program which has been developed by an experienced teacher (including a full-time aide).

Reasonable fees and NO "duty days" are required of parents.

Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am - 11:30 am.

*New* Help Support the Avonmore Community Playschool!

The Avonmore Playschool is now selling perogies and cabbage rolls made by the Baba's at St. Michaels.  Bags start at $8 for 2 dozen perogies.  The school receives $2 per bag to help with supplies and field trips.

* NEW * Avonmore Community Playschool Open House!

We will be holding an open house for parents interested in Avonmore Playschool for the 2010 - 2011 school year. 

The open house will be held on April 27th from 6:30 - 8:00pm in the Playschool Building.

The Playschool is operated out of the "Rink Shack" building of the Avonmore Community league on 73 Ave.
